How much is a consultation?
£24 to reserve your 45-minute consultation. It isn't refundable, but we take it off your treatment.
Do I need a consultation first?
A consultation is the first step towards your aesthetic goals: 45 minutes, face to face, with Franca, our independent prescriber, or Natalia, our senior aesthetic beautician. Every injectable treatment starts with one.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for weekday appointments and 48 hours for weekends. Late cancellations are charged £24 on weekdays and £48 at weekends.
When can I have a blood test?
Blood tests are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:30am to 2pm, with payment up front.
Is there an age limit for fillers and skin boosters?
Yes. Dermal fillers and skin boosters are for over-18s only.
What are your dermal fillers made of?
Hyaluronic acid. We talk through the options, the expected results and any possible side effects at your consultation.
