Part -time Receptionist/Admin assistant needed
To start in September 2023
Essential to have at least 1 year experience in Reception work and social media promoting
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday occasional Saturday.
£12 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, text messages, website live chat, WhatsApp, and Emails daily
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages (including temperature-sensitive medication), and deliveries
- Log prescription medications into the record book
- Assist with order entry and project coordination tasks
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings using Fresha (clinic booking software) (training provided)
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- General cleaning of Clinic and office space on a daily basis
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Promotional work including managing social media accounts and sending out promotional emails
