Mesotherapy involves treatments that involve multiple solutions of clinical ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, revitalising complex, vitamins, minerals, enzymes like collagenase and hyaluronidase, and plant extracts to tighten skin.

The technique uses very fine needles to deliver solutions into the middle layer (mesoderm) of skin by penetration. The needle may be attached to a mechanical mesogun to deliver several doses of the solutions in a row. Each dose may only place a tiny drop of the solution into your skin.
